Overall its fairly good, the shading and posture particularly. I only say fairly good, because you're far prettier in person; although its hard to capture that on paper. It might have been better with slightly larger irises and more detail in general on the eyes because yours are very striking. The lighting/shading on the lips is good, but their shape might be a bit off.
