Some of us, though, are sick of looking at thongs
And understand bare stomachs are against the rules
And because of this our beautiful minds are ignored
In favor of those scantily clad fools

They blame it on the clothing industry now
Saying thats all companies have on sale.
But if we didn't by this w

Even though I'm already half you.

Mommy will have to take care of me
Get a job and still nurse me hourly
She's got no help, you're not here

And fled the scene like I'm a crime

This place is soft but kind of cold

Who Moved my Muse? Waiting for inspiration to hit me
Like a smack in the face with a dodge ball
Or a train on the tracks to a cow
But so far all I'm hearing tonight
Is crickets chirping their taunts
And my inspiration whizzing past
I've looked at who I love, what I hate
Listened to music and poked at what I ate
But nothing is coming except this big blank
And so far, my page is defiantly white
With purple and green squiggles to test colorful pens
The words trapped inside them can't seem to flow out
Ideas trapped in my mind and caught in my throat
And nothing willing to come out and play
Amongst the pale blue notebook lines
Or pixelated computer sc
Kiss the Rain Hand prints on a windowpane
And whispers in the clouds
Bringing back the summer's dance
Behind the grey shroud

The rain has been away too long
Drought drowning every heart
Thirst now for the drops of soul
Waiting for heaven's tears to start

Bring back the world with rain
Sing songs of rippled memory
Swirling through refreshing renewal
And finally, life is set free

Grass tinged green from faint hope
Of moisture coming tomorrow
Smiles on the face of trees
That leaves and shade will soon follow

Cool mist fills the morning air
And hand's heat fogs the windowpane
As lips lean to taste the return of hope
Time once more to kiss th
